I know Idaho Commercial Appraisal does appraisals in the context of BK and SBA, so you might try them.  They have three appraisers: Tony Rinaldi, MAI, CPA; Andrew Owen, Mai; and Tim Robb, MAI.  I usually use Tony (cell: 208-841-9234) but have worked with Andrew and Tim as well and been very happy with their work.
