[CLBS] Topic idea for a "Tip of the Month" -- call for authors

Judge Pappas offered a great topic idea for a "Tip of the Month" but I need
someone to write it.

Here's the topic:

*What sorts of requests for relief require an adversary proceeding under
Rule 7001, as opposed to those requests that may be made via a Rule
9013/9014 motion or application? *
