[CLBS] Procedure to reopen case to file financial management cert

The motion to re-open is procedural.  So, just stating that you are re-opening to seek entry of a discharge is sufficient.  I attach two that I used in individual ch 11s which really is for the same purpose- entry of a discharge - although for a different reason - not the failure to get the personal financial education certificate.

Well it finally happened. My client failed to take his second course in time. Case was closed without a discharge. What is the procedure to reopen to file the certificate? Can anyone share a sample motion & order with me?
