WOW!!!!  Well good for you!!!  You two have a WONDERFUL life--you've earned
it.  I've really enjoyed working with you for the last 35 or so years
(wasn't sure how many it was but I thought it was about that).  WATCH THE
BOREDOM, though.  No joke.  I've seen too many good lawyers full-scale
retire and not be able to handle it well.  We'll miss you tremendously!

I am retiring effective December 31.  My wife and I started calculating
about a year ago and thought we could pull it off, so she retired from her
position as a counselor at North Junior High effective September 1, and now
I am closing my office and retiring too.

I have had a great time and enjoyed working with all of you folks.  I will
be around to act as an expert witness for select cases.  Sorry, Pat.

If I can stay on the List Serve, I will also occasionally comment on issues
being discussed.  I enjoy talking about those issues.  If I get really
bored, I may write a few articles on my thoughts on various and sundry
issues.  Yes, some of us know how to have a really good time.

Best of luck to all of you.  Reduce stress (yes, that sounds like the
practice of law), take time off, enjoy your families, do what makes you
happy. Thanks for a great ride for almost 35 years.
