[CLBS] conversion from 7 to 13

Hello - I have a case that needs to be converted from a Chapter 7 to a Chapter 13. I have unpaid fees incurred in the chapter 7.

How do I handle the unpaid chapter 7 attorney fees? Are they an unsecured debt in the chapter 13? Can I file a request for an administrative expense before conversion?

I would appreciate the groups incite on this question. Thank you. Laura
