Dear Listmates,

Background - Chapter 11 debtor paying multiple crammed down loans through confirmed plan. Loan owners and servicers have incorrectly and improperly declared delinquencies, defaults and foreclosures, and reported such to credit bureaus. This despite fact that debtor has made all plan payments in a timely manner.

In search of an expert related to credit scores. Someone who could testify as to the process of how scores are determined, and specifically quantify how much derogatory reporting effects a person’s score and their ability to obtain credit, etc.

Thanks four your assistance.

Best regards,
Steve
