[CLBS] Month to Month Lease ?

Debtors own tri-plex, and live in one unit.  Debtors have oral month to month lease with their 2-tenants. Debtors file Ch.7.  Is Trustee entitled to post-petition rent payments on an oral month to month lease?  If so, for how long?
