Hi all,

I represent a married couple in a confirmed Ch. 13. A divorce has been
filed. The debtors are struggling in their Chapter 13 for various reasons.
I'm developing a list of options for them and I need to learn more about
bifurcation of cases (converting the wife to her own Ch. 7 and leaving
husband in a Ch. 13). Is there anyone who would be willing to talk to me
about the local practice of motions to bifurcate? A long time ago, I
observed a hearing on a motion to bifurcate and it did not go well for the
movant.

Thank you,

Tecla Druffel
