[CLBS] Interesting farm issue like to get a creditor attorney's thoughts

Debtor client is a farmer.  He had farm equipment on a loan which he
continued to pay after bk.  For an unknown reason, the creditor released
the liens and the titles to the trustee, and the trustee is now going to
sell them.  Debtor farmer is ready to sue creditor for causing him to lose
vital equipment, but is a secured creditor given exclusive right how to
treat their claim in BK?
