Hi all,

Does anyone know anything about the current agent for NCO Portfolio
Management? I'm trying to do a lien removal motion, but I am not finding
anything on the Idaho Secretary of State as far registered agent, etc.  The
judgment was entered Feb. 13, 2009, so it's been some time....

I spoke with NCO Portfolio Management's state court attorney today, Michael
Doolittle, and he no longer represents the company and hasn't for sometime.
He thinks they merged with Transworld Systems, Inc., but I can't find
anything on that online.

How do you give notice to the appropriate parties on a lien removal when
the creditor has merged or otherwise disappeared and doesn't even appear on
the Idaho Secretary of State's website?

Help! I really want to get this lien removed for my sweet, elderly client.
