[CLBS] Updating the Idaho Chapter 13 Form Plan

Dear Members of the Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section,

The Rules Committee will be reviewing the Idaho Chapter 13 Form Plan.  You
may recall the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure were updated a few
years ago which mandated all districts use the National Plan or adopt their
own that met the requirements of the new 3015.1.  For the most part, the
District of Idaho adopted the National Plan but incorporated long-standing
Idaho flavor into a hybrid.

Now it is time to revisit that Plan and move it nearer to the National
Plan, or incorporate more Idaho flavor.

Please respond providing your recommended updates, tweaks, and alterations
you would like to see.  What grievances or complaints do you have?  What
accolades and approbation do you have for particular sections?  We are very
interested on what is working and what is not working.

Please do not be bashful, reluctant, or reserved.  The more eyes, thoughts,
and comments the better.
