I have a lady that is living in Lewiston for the last two months. She lived in Seaside Oregon for 5 years prior. She needs to file in Oregon.  The kicker is 5 years ago she gave her mobile home to her son when she left Alabama. He failed to make payments and Ditech has a judgment. I told her I couldn't help not being licensed in Oregon and a bankruptcy would only stall the action. I have no idea if Oregon has exemption to cover out of state property. Any help would be appreciated.
