Dear Section,

At the Seminar this week there is a presentation on the 5th Amendment, the
Privilege against Self-Incrimination in Bankruptcy and the Plight of the
Debtor.  We have not heard back from Seton Hall with permission to publish
or copy the law review article for the materials.

However, I would like you to be aware that the Law Review Article appears
