I referred to a case during the presentation on bankruptcy and divorce. I've attached it so take a look. Although it is a Utah/10th circuit case, the application and lesson are important for us. As you read this case you will agree that the divorce attorney should have counseled with a bankruptcy attorney (and probably a tax attorney) in order to avoid the disaster that was described.
