[CLBS] IRS contact Info?

Does anyone have a phone number for a live human being at the IRS's
insolvency office who can give me a payoff number on a bk case? I've
exhausted my contacts and I've been on hold on the IRS's general insolvency
department phone number (800-973-0424 for those who want to avoid it) for
about 45 minutes now.
