[CLBS] CDCA Ch 13 case: Need 9th or sup court case re SSI income and ch 13 plan

Can someone direct me to the name of the controlling case that says SSI
income is not required to be devoted to the Chapter 13 plan? This is for a
case in CDCA. Trustee is looking to increase plan payments in the last 6
months of the plan, and the increase includes the social security income
(about $315/month). Notably the SS income has been devoted to the plan and
not backed out for the first 4.5 years of the plan, but I'd like to back it
out now for the last 6 months to offset this request for increase in plan
payment.
