As a presenter I am looking forward to it. As a practitioner I always
thought the real value in the seminars was in talking with colleagues from
across the district, catching up with old friends, hearing from the
presenters, and taking away a few points that would assist me in my
practice. If ones primary concern are the amenities, and the convenience
of travel, it seems one might be missing out on the real purpose or value
of the seminar. Further, in a state like MT, or Idaho, geography always
make it difficult to travel to certain places. See you in February, in
Burley - and looking forward to it!

It's right on I-15, dead center of Southern Idaho. We have had it there
before. I support the board having it there every ___ years?

Why did the Section decide to have the annual Seminar in Burley? It is a
difficult place to get to, and no reason to ever want get there in the
first place.

I won't be going to the Seminar this year because of its location. I have
talked to other section members, and they have expressed the same
sentiment.

In the future can all seminars be held in Boise, CDA, Sun Valley or
McCall? If we are to take off work and spend money to go to the Seminar
it would be nice for it at least to be in an enjoyable place, with
amenities and things to do.

Regards,

James S. Macdonald
