Dear Section Members,

Please recall there is an updated Idaho Model Chapter 13 Plan effective 1 January 2019.  A copy is attached for your viewing pleasure and use.  It is also available on the Court's website.

This local form is to be used for all initial, amended, and modified plans on or after 1 January 2019.

If you are using software to prepare your plans, none of them have updated their model plans yet.  I understand Best Case will be ready for an update in the next few days.  I cannot speak as to the other case preparation software companies.  Until they do, you may have to manually prepare your plan as it was done while Chief Justice Rehnquist was still alive.
