[CLBS] Judgment liens and Notice of Levy

4 questions:

(1) Is there a time limitation on filing a 522(f) lien avoidance motion 
on judgment liens against real property?

(2) I have a pending client who just had a Notice of Levy filed against 
her homestead.
         (a) What effect does that have on her real property?
         (b) Where do I find statutory authority to address the levy?
         (c) Is there a time limitation to addressing the levy?
