[CLBS] Health Savings Account Exemption

Dearest listmates,

Could a Health Savings Account be exempt under IC 11-603(5) as a Medical
Savings Account?

The definition of a Medical Savings Accounts is in IC 63-3022K(3)(g), but
requires that the term "Medical Savings Account" is actually designated on
the paperwork.  Also, I have ready Judge Pappas' decision *In re Stanger*,
in which he held in 2008 that an HSA was not exempt.

I am trying to find any legislation since 2008 that exempts an HSA, but
have not had any luck.  Any guidance or personal experience would be
appreciated.
