[CLBS] Security Deposit Exemption

Listmates,

We have a client filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. They have a security
deposit for the house that they rent with the landlord. I was wondering if
anyone knows of a specific Idaho statute or case law to exempt the security
deposit? We are using the exemption under 11-605(10) for other assets which
is making this a little bit more difficult.

As a bonus request. We are filing only on the husband since the wife is not
eligible for Chapter 7 because she filed 6 years ago before they were
married. They own two cars each worth about $1,500 the Idaho statute only
allows for one car not to exceed $7,000. If both their names are on the
vehicles is there any case law, statutes, or other ways to make it so the
cars are exempt?

Any advice or help would be appreciated!
