Hello, I am subbing in to a CA BK Chapter 7 case. The trustee is not
pursuing the debtor's malpractice case against his former attorney, but is
also not abandoning it. It's been 2 years with no activity. The claim was
timely filed in the state court. Debtor can't afford to purchase from
trustee. We want trustee to pursue the claim or abandon.

Does anyone have a sample motion they can provide to me? Or case law that
tells trustee to pursue or abandon?

Best regards,
