[CLBS] Motions to dismiss in chapter 13 cases

Has anyone else had motions to dismiss cases filed by Ms. McCallister since the shelter order was put into place?  I had 2 separate motions yesterday hearing set for 4/14, and after requesting a 30 day continuance was told that was not acceptable.
