Thank you for the presentation today.  I don't have a question, but want to share that debtors in bankruptcy or who file prior to disbursement of a PPP loan are not eligible in response to questions today.  See the attached highlighted (pages 8 and 9) updated final rule.  I wouldn't be surprised if the question as to the impact of a filing after receipt of a PPP loan will come up in the future if the filing is close in time to receipt of the PPP loan.
