Gregory M. Garvin, acting United States Trustee for Region 18, recently
announced that Patrick Geile and Tim Kurtz have been appointed chapter 7
panel trustees in the District of Idaho.

Please be aware that both gentlemen will continue their respective private
legal practices while serving as chapter 7 trustees.  Patrick is at Foley
Freeman, PLLC.  Tim is at Kurtz Law PLLC.

Separately, Mr. Garvin also announced that Jason Naess was appointed
Assistant U.S. Trustee for the District of Idaho.  Jason's DOJ e-mail
