[CLBS] question about a farmer's hay

Farmer is buying ground from a private party with a lien.  FSA also has a
2nd position blanket lien on all crops and proceeds.  Judgment creditor
executes, no one opposes sale, they credit bid.  Judgment creditor then
leases land to another farmer #2 who promptly harvests the hay crop.

Does Farmer have a right to assert FSA's blanket lien to his benefit?
