[CLBS] IRS and Potential Stale Dated Checks

Please be advised that the IRS contacted the USTP regarding the possibility that trustee distribution checks may become stale because of limited staff to process mail and deposits at IRS offices due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In some instances where cases have completed or dismissed , trustee's final reports and accounts will be delayed as we are waiting the ninety days for those checks to stale, reissuing, and then waiting for them to clear before we can file a final report.
