[CLBS] Joint bk filing when one spouse is incarcerated

Anyone filed a joint case where one spouse is in prison? My thought to have
the non-incarcerated spouse obtain a power of attorney specifically
authorizing bankruptcy filing and credit counseling. I'm mostly worried
about the signatures on the petition. I'm trying to avoid a gap between
signing date and filing date. Has anyone successfully done one of these?
Anyone see any problems with my approach?
