Everyone:

I'm one of the Lawyer Reps and I wanted to let you know that the 2020 US
Courts Bench-Bar Conference is a week away (October 23, 2020). The
conference is virtual this year. The conference is free and has been
approved for 3.75 credits of which .5 are ethics credits. We are packing a
lot of information into a short amount of time. Here's a link to the
agenda: https://id.uscourts.gov/clerks/bench_bar_conf/Agenda.cfm

There is some bankruptcy material at this year's conference including a
breakout session on the new Sub V of Chapter 11 with Sheila Schwager, Matt
Christensen, Matt Grimshaw, and Gary Rainsdon.

If you're interested in attending the webinar then here's the link to
register:

You will need to register if you want CLE credits because that's how we are
tracking attendance for reporting purposes.

I hope to see all of you there next week.

Sincerely,

--
