Colleagues,

We have a new bankruptcy judge.  And a new Assistant United States Trustee.  And new chapter 7 trustees.  And new subchapter V trustees.

While it's true that most of these folks have names and faces familiar to you, the U.S. Court's October 23 Bench-Bar Conference will be a great opportunity to see all of them very early in their respective tenures.  You'll hear what is on their minds as they settle into their new roles.

Moreover, this year's conference, being virtual, is free!  Lastly, there are two full sessions devoted to the greatest area of the law, bankruptcy law.
