[CLBS] This Friday's Judges' Panel

At the annual meeting of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Idaho State Bar, taking place this Friday, February 5, five judges will be participating in our judges' panel:


  *   Judge Hillen (Idaho)
  *   Chief Judge Holt (Eastern District of Washington)
  *   Chief Judge Hursh (Montana)
  *   Chief Judge Meier (Idaho)
  *   Judge Pappas (Idaho)

You will have the opportunity to pose questions to the judges.

Accordingly, please give some thought as to what questions you wish to pose to the judges.

I will be moderating.  If you prefer to put me on the hot seat, send your questions to me and I'll add them to my list.
