Read the tribal court rules;
Get admitted pro hac w/ the Tribe;
Be deferential, respectful, and don't tell the judge how it is supposed to work; Be aware that the Tribal police and/or the Court/clerk may know or be related to your adverse party; Rewrite you pleadings they way they want it done, not how you want it.

Subject: [CLBS] Important Information Regarding New MOR and PCR Forms

Because the U.S. Trustee's Office has not yet been able to complete the training for the Idaho Bar on the updated MOR and PCR forms yet, there is one aspect of the implementation of the forms that has come to our attention as needing to be clarified.  While the Final Rule implementing the new forms becomes effective June 21, 2021, we do not expect that May 2021 Monthly Operating Reports (due by June 21) will be filed using the new form.  If your clients are using the new form for the May 2021 report, that is fine - but it is not required.  We expect June 2021 reports (due in July), and any reports filed thereafter, to use the new forms.
