Thomas T. Glover Mediation Program). I am writing you in your respective capacities as chair of the Idaho State Bar Association Commercial Law & Bankruptcy and Dispute Resolution Sections to extend an invitation from the Program to you and your members. The Program wants to share this invitation with our neighboring bankruptcy and ADR practitioners in part due to the special and rare nature of the seminar. The free seminar that the Program is sponsoring features three of the best known and respected jurists in the nation renowned for their dual expertise in mediation and bankruptcy law. California, mediator for several Archdiocese and other major bankruptcies; and **Kevyn Orr, partner Jones Day, emergency manager of the Detroit Chapter 9 case and mediation veteran The Seminar which occurs on JUNE 17, 2021, starting at 1:30 pm PT via Zoom (1.25 CLE credits WSBA approved). We expect the program to extend for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending upon the extent of any audience questions. The Zoom invitation will be distributed to those who RSVP at wawb_adr at wawb.uscourts.gov before June 12th. If any of your members who attend are also members of the WSBA, they should include their bar number. PLEASE NOTE: This is a space limited event and available slots are filling up so your members need to act quickly. Thank you for your help in advance on this. KRIEGMAN LAW OFFICE, PLLC Bruce Bruce P. From Jason.R.Naess at usdoj.gov Thu Jun 17 10:48:34 2021 From: Jason.R.Naess at usdoj.gov (Naess, Jason R. (USTP)) Date: Thu, 17 Jun 2021 16:48:34 +0000 Subject: [CLBS] Important Information Regarding New MOR and PCR Forms Message-ID: Because the U.S. Trustee's Office has not yet been able to complete the training for the Idaho Bar on the updated MOR and PCR forms yet, there is one aspect of the implementation of the forms that has come to our attention as needing to be clarified. While the Final Rule implementing the new forms becomes effective June 21, 2021, we do not expect that May 2021 Monthly Operating Reports (due by June 21) will be filed using the new form. If your clients are using the new form for the May 2021 report, that is fine - but it is not required. We expect June 2021 reports (due in July), and any reports filed thereafter, to use the new forms. Please reach out to me at jason.r.naess at usdoj.gov if there are any questions.
