[CLBS] Sub Chapter V Debt limits

Good Afternoon, a suggestion from the bench on debt limits.  They are going down, so if you have some clients ready to file a sub V  do it quick!


“You might suggest that the BK section do an email blast to its members reminding them that, absent congressional action, the debt limits for sub V chap 11’s will be substantially reduced again in two weeks, to make sure that any cases get filed where eligibility could be an issue.”
