[CLBS] Referral for Towing Lien Dispute with First Lienholder

Dear Listmates,
I’m looking for a referral in Nebraska who can assist with the following scenario.

We have a first lien on a vehicle.  Vehicle was apparently towed at the request of law enforcement in July of 2020.  The towing company recently contacted us (over a year later) asserting that their towing lien is paramount despite failing to provide us with any notice until now.  Tow bill is now approximately $10,000 after a year plus worth of storage fees.  I don’t see where the tow lien primes us without adequate notice, which they didn’t provide.  See NRS § 60-2410.

Does anyone have any contacts they would recommend I talk to in that area of the country?  It’s in Grand Island, NE - about 1 1/2 hours west of Lincoln, NE.
