[CLBS] LLC dissolution wind-up - third-party liquidator

I have an out-of-state client who is member #2 , the heavy capital contributor, of a two-member LLC. He is interested in dissolving the company; member #1, more the labor contributor, not so much.

It's not huge: about $300K in equipment and possibly underwater.

If we can get a settlement agreement in place with #1 to dissolve the company, query about using a third-party liquidator. A liquidator having general powers to settle outstanding receivables and payables, assume responsibility for the books and accounts of the LLC, maintain the liquidation account, send notices of the pending dissolution to all creditors and other known claimants, communicate dissolution to customers, licensing agencies, and report to members on progress, etc.

Are there recommendations for liquidators and when to use them/experiences using them?

Estimates of cost and how their compensation works?

The company is in eastern Idaho, but we could use referrals in Boise too.

Thanks all.
