In light of not only my own request for some accommodation for the upcoming annual seminar, this year at Coeur d'Alene, but several others from whom I've heard, the Section (or maybe the Bar-I'm not sure) is entrenched in their position that they're not offering any sort of virtual attendance.  I sincerely regret that; I've attended all of the seminars but, I believe, three.  The lack of any sort of virtual alternative, especially in this time of COVID-19 et al, I believe to be short-sighted at best.  And I'm a bit bothered by the lack of consideration for those members who have logical reasons for not desiring physical attendance.

I've just signed up for the ABI's 2022 Rocky Mountain Virtual Bankruptcy Conference, held 01/27/2022 to 01/28/2022.  You can go to the Brown Palace in Denver, or for the princely sum of $325, you can sit in your very own office or home and do it virtually.  Two days, great program.  Details on ABI Website.  Thought those who can't go to CdA could do this if they wish.
