Subject: [CLBS] help on a case name

Long time ago, at the annual seminar in Moscow, they reviewed a case where Judge Pappas found that contractors in Idaho putting money in a general account and paying bills as they go without tracking the source of funds was surprisingly proper under Idaho Law because Idaho is not a construction trust fund state. Anyone recall that? It may have been a BAP case.
