Can someone please explain why in the world we have LBR 2016.1?  We already disclose our compensation on Form 2030.  Seems totally redundant, waste of time and paper.

Corrective Action: As of January 3, 2022, LBR 2016.1 requires debtors counsel to attach a written agreement establishing the terms and conditions of employment. Such agreement was not attached. Please supplement the record within 7 days
