Chapter 7 client, owned a car for 7 years, had it registered in Twin falls till she moved to Boise and didn't know about the emissions, unbeknownst to her they lapsed her registration 2 weeks before filing bk.  She then reregistered it but the trustee objects to her vehicle exemption due to non-registration at the time of filing.  Single mom, 4 kids, newborn baby, only transportation.  Worth running up the flagpole despite the case saying unregistered vehicle are not entitled to exemption?
