Our office has a client that is being garnished through the feds automatic garnishment powers. There was never a suit to determine the validity of the debt which we will contest. The contesting process set forth in the collections process was a waste of time and there was never a response.

Any suggestions on how to stop that garnishment, or experience filing a suit to stop the garnishment?
