I know many on this list serve practice in state court as well as 
bankruptcy court.  For those who do, I commend the following for your

If you value an independent judiciary, I urge you to contact your 
legislators and let them know your disagreement with this tactic by 
certain of the legislative leadership.  I won't name names, but some of 
their initials are Moyle and Lee.
