Hello everyone,
  We will be holding a shorter meeting on Tuesday and also beginning a bit later. Roger's mother died yesterday, so we will be doing board business, electing a vice-chair, and Taryn will lead us through approving our grants. We will plan on the other items at a later date.
  We will begin at 10:30 am. Taryn has other commitments until then.  She will be sending out the Webex link for the meeting.
  If you have any questions or issues with the change, please let me know.

I have attached the agenda, staff reports and the minutes from the last board meeting.  I have also attached a summary of the Idaho ACE study results that I refer to in my report.  I have not yet received financial reports so these will follow once we have a Finance Committee meeting.
