Hello NCASG Colleagues,

Hope this message finds you well. As you may be aware, we launched a new ITS Professional Structure on July 1, 2019. Our ITPS Governance Group would appreciate your responses to the following questions as well as web links or other information that explain your IT professional and other professional non-trade structures.

  1. Do you use levels such as entry, journey, etc. in your professional non-trade occupations? What do you use?
  2. How do you assign job levels to your IT professionals? Examples: Entry, Journey or I, II, III.

You can find information regarding the Washington IT Professional structure here<https://ofm.wa.gov/state-human-resources/compensation-job-classes/it-professional-structure>.

Thanks all!
