[NCASG] New NCASG ListServ!

Hi there, Toni, William, John and Ryan!

In light of all of the craziness going on as of late, I am nervous to roll-out the Moodle platform at this time since there will be functional things for all of us to learn and requires everyone to create another online account.

Instead, I have created this ListServ for all of our NCASG survey contacts. We can now send all inquiries to: dhr_ncasg_survey_list at admws.idaho.gov<mailto:dhr_ncasg_survey_list at admws.idaho.gov> and always reach the most current NCASG list. (I have only added you guys so far just to show you how the listserv looks before introducing it to the whole group and I will remove Ryan since he's not in the general email block.)

Whenever there is a change to our group, I can quickly make the update in the listserv without having to send out another email block update. This also makes it so members don't have to worry about if they are using the most current block or not.

When a state replies, the reply is sent to the "poster" (the person who sent the request). If a state chooses to reply ALL, then it will go to the entire group just as it does now.

The only difference is that our email addresses will not be listed in detail but I will continue to maintain our excel directory and will email it to the listserv periodically. Are you all okay with going this route?
