Good Afternoon NCASG Colleagues,

I hope that everyone is doing well!

We are changing the way we communicate just a bit to streamline all future contact changes to our group. I have built this NCASG ListServ for us to use to reach all current NCASG contacts. Whenever there is a change to our group, I can quickly make the update in the listserv without having to send out another email block update for everyone to keep track of.

I have also uploaded our full directory onto Google Sheets for real-time updates. This is especially helpful if you wish to contact individual states or subsets. If you do not have a Google account, just let me know and I can email you the directory periodically.

Here are our new processes:

State Survey Requests/Inquiries
When sending a request to the NCASG group, please email: dhr_ncasg_survey_list at admws.idaho.gov<mailto:dhr_ncasg_survey_list at admws.idaho.gov>

This immediately sends the email to the most current contact list. Non-members (others not included on our survey list) may also email requests to the listserv. Non-member emails are moderated to keep out spam/solicitation but legitimate requests will be released quickly.

Replies will work the same as they do now:
When responding by selecting "Reply", your response will be sent to the poster (the person who sent the request) ONLY.
When responding by selecting "Reply ALL", your response will be sent to the poster and all listserv/NCASG members.
