[NCASG] Compensation Contractors

Hi all -

The State of Missouri has been working to fill a Compensation Specialist position with someone who can help conduct salary surveys, analyze market data, participate in compensation best practices, etc. Also hoping this person could help with analyzing compensation trends, developing reports, and monitoring salaries for inequity concerns.

As a backup to this (if we aren't able to find the perfect match for the position), we are starting to explore other options. Do any of you have experience with compensation analysts available on a contractual basis? If so, could you share that information with me?
