The Board of Pharmacy's Executive Director salary is $141,510.  The range is $106,500 - $171,688. The position is required to be a licensed Pharmacist, and is responsible for 110 full time employees.

Just a quick survey about the Executive Director position at your Board of Pharmacy - if you have separate regulatory board for Pharmacy.  If you could provide your salary range minimum and maximum, and current pay it would much appreciated.  A response by January 20 would be great.

For Minnesota the salary range for this position is $104,484 to $149,480, with our present Executive Director paid at the top of the range.  It is a requirement that the individual be a Pharmacist, and the Board has 24 staff positions and a $4.3 million annual operating budget.

We have recently completed a Hay Study for the position, and are evaluating our market position.   This is a position in Minnesota that is assigned to a range higher than Hay Points would indicate due to labor market considerations.
