[NCASG] Mandate Pay Differential?

Hi Courtney,

New York does not have a differential mechanism for mandated shifts, but has a shift pay mechanism for "employees regularly assigned to work on a shift other than a normal day shift." The most common titles that receive shift pay are clinical titles, including nurses, psychologists, various licensed therapists, and lower-level direct care titles. Shift pay differential amounts vary by title and shift. Background is here:

In regards to recent bargaining requests, the State of Oregon is gathering data on differential pay for mandated shifts/hours worked. Does your state offer a mandate pay differential? If so, what classifications receive this differential?
