Hi Tina -

The minimum wage in Missouri<https://labor.mo.gov/sites/labor/files/pubs_forms/LS-52-AI_0.pdf> is set at $10.30. As noted on the hyperlinked minimum wage poster, "The minimum wage rate will increase 85 cents each year through 2023 for all private, non-exempt businesses. Missouri Minimum Wage law does not apply to public employers, nor does it allow the state's minimum wage rate to be lower than the federal minimum wage rate."

With that being said, the Missouri minimum wage for private employers is set to go to $11.15 in 2022 and to $12.00 in 2023. Effective March 1, 2021, Missouri's Governor approved raising minimum wage for State of Missouri employees to $10.30. We will have to wait until later in the year to determine if the Governor will approve raising the minimum wage again for 2022.
