Good afternoon NCASG,

Wyoming is examining our definition of work start and end days based on
agency requests. Currently our definition of the Official State Workweek
is:

*Each workweek shall begin at 12:01 A.M. Saturday, continue through for
seven (7) consecutive days (168 hours) and shall end at 12:00 mid-night on
Friday.*

1. Does your State have an official workweek that applies to everyone or is
this under agency control?
2. Do you have a definition of workweek (particularly start and end days)
and can you share the policy?
3. How do you grant exceptions to the workweek and what exceptions do you
currently have in place, for example, Phoenix (rotating) Fridays off?

Thank you for your help! Please reach out with any questions.
